In summary,we found yourself and Ian an absolute pleasure to work with. You consulted with us regarding our needs at all stages of the design&installation process;You hit all our agreed deadlines;you provided advice when we where indecisive;and ultimately,Kitchen Link delivered us a kitchen that is the centrepiece of our home.

This was our  first custom kitchen installation,so we had concerns about the flow of such a project.You clearly communicated when each phase would occur,making it much easier for other tradespeople,many of whom you recommended to be coordinated.You then took on much of the project management with plumbers,plasterers,tile and carpet layers and electricians.

We are pleasantly surprised by the design phase,with the final design proposal featuring angles we hadn't considered,such that now the kitchen and living room now sit in perfect harmony.You listened to our needs&incorporated these into every design aspect.All parts of the job were of a very high quality -for example,the paint finish on all surfaces is exemplary.

The installation process lived up to our high expectations.Ian was superb to work with,having a very sincere customer ethic that leaves you knowing this is a unique and customised job.He showed consideration for our home environment&communicated his comings &goings effectively.
