KITCHEN CASE STUDY

"We contacted Kitchen Link in February after a recommendation from one of our close friends whose Kitchen Link kitchen we had admired for some time.

After meeting with Kitchen Link’s Designer to discuss ideas we were impressed with not only the speed with which such detailed plans were drawn up but how perfectly they encapsulated our vision.

We were able to give the green light to Kitchen Link and within what seemed like a few weeks we were being invited to Kitchen Links workshop to see our new kitchen, fully constructed in their viewing zone. We were so impressed by not only the quality of the kitchen but also the notion of being able to discuss any slight alterations to the kitchen before it was installed on our home. The coffee was superb too!

Richard was amazing throughout the whole project – he oversaw everything and was able to feed back to us on progress with such regularity that we rarely had to call him.

Once we had approved it Kitchen Link then dismantled our old kitchen and even offered to sell it on trade me.

Our new Kitchen was installed on time and to budget and a month later Richard surprised us with a cheque for a few thousand dollars that we didn’t count on being the price he had obtained for our old kitchen.

We could not fault the product or the service that kitchen link provided. Our kitchen is already getting envious glances and we would recommend them to everyone!!"
