This Clients Brief was to design plenty of space for cooking & entertaining for family and friends.The style was to be sophisticated, semi industrial & funky. The functional sucess was created by designing an L shaped kitchen with island, allowing for a natural work flow around the kitchen. Large bench space provides great preparation / cooking spaces & encourages socializing to adjoining rooms. The style solution included strong warm gloss metallic lacquer cabinetry, Stainless steel frame to island & solid fridge surround helped connect the industrial theme. Granite chosen for mix of neutral tones & random large vanes delivered a blend of funky & timeless design along with the Manfield green splashback completed the colour connection.
